General / About
I specialize in serious felony matters — everything from violent crimes, white collar offenses, federal charges, to appeals.
I represent clients in both trial courts and appellate courts (Washington State Supreme Court and state appellate courts).
Process & Procedures
After charges are filed, we'll review the evidence, file motions (e.g., suppression), negotiate if appropriate, and prepare for trial. I will guide you every step of the way.
The timeline varies depending on the complexity, court schedules, discovery, and hearings. Many cases complete within several months, but some may take longer.
Consultation & Fees
Yes — call now to schedule a free consultation and we’ll discuss your case, options, and how I can help.
Fees depend on the complexity of the case, court location, legal research, and preparation time. I will always strive for transparency and will provide a written fee agreement.
Appeals & Post-Conviction
Yes — I handle appeals and post-conviction relief processes, including motions, briefs, and presentations before appellate courts.
Once the trial court record is prepared, briefs must be filed, and then the appellate court schedules oral arguments. The entire process can take months to over a year.
