Throughout his 30 plus years of legal experience, Kevin has worked as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for six years. He has an understanding of what goes on behind the scenes and when to be proactive and when to be aggressive. He knows how the “other side” operates. During his time with the prosecution, he prosecuted felonies ranging from Simple Assault to Aggravated First Degree Assault. He also spent 2 years working on major crimes against persons to include rape and child molestation. The last 2 years he spent as a PA with the Drug Task Force, as a legal adviser and prosecutor. He prosecuted drug related offenses and advised law enforcement on legal aspects of drug case investigation, to include surveillance and eavesdropping, procedures and requirements. He was also responsible for writing probable cause statements for wiretaps and search warrants. He acted as a liaison between law enforcement, the prosecuting attorney’s office and the public.
